Hotel Overview
Norfolk Development Group Co. Ltd., an
internationally owned consultancy company specializes in real estate
investment, development and management in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
since 1991. Our mission is to develop and manage our own properties and
high-end projects, bringing services and facilities up to
industry-standard benchmarks. In Vietnam, our company operates under the
trading name of Norfolk Group.
Norfolk Group has invested,
developed and managed Norfolk Hotel, Norfolk Mansion, Project Design and
Development Building (better known as PDD Building) and Tan Da Court, a
commercial and residential complex for sale & lease.
Our
current project is the Saigon Golf - Country Club and Residences, which
is uniquely located less than 10 minutes drive from the bustling
downtown of Ho Chi Minh City and combines the design and amenities of a
luxury golf resort with the benefits and proximity of a downtown
location. The project is an exclusive community featuring an 18-hole
Greg Norman signature golf course, private equity golf club, driving
range and golf academy, Six Senses Spa, international standard country
club, luxury serviced apartments, luxury golf and waterfront estates,
town houses and condominium development. This will be also the first
branded residential project in Asia for Greg Norman.
